In 2007 the Institute for the Postmodern Development of China (IPDC) inaugurated the Cobb Common Good Award, an award given to an outstanding and passionate person in pursuit of creating an Ecological Civilization for the Common Good of nature and human beings. This year’s distinguished recipient is Dr. Siew Kee Oon, a very influential Malaysian environmental advocate.
